Suggested Use

2-4 tbsp Nutiva Hempseed 2-4 tbsp HempShake 8 oz vanilla rice milk 1-2 tbsp Nutiva Coconut Oil 1 ripe or frozen banana Place seeds in a blender with 1 oz of water, blend into a thick paste, and add remaining ingredients.
