Arnica montana 6x (Leopard's bane, a plant)relieves bruising, gout, pain in back and limbs, soreness after over-exertion. Cimicifuga racemosa 3x (Black cohosh - a plant) for aching limbs, muscular soreness. Bryonia alba 6x (Wild hops, a plant) relieves pain and stiffness in the small of the back. Ledum 6x (Marsh tea, a plant) for gouty pains that shoot through feet, limbs and joints. Belladonna 6x (Deadly nightshade) for shooting pains along limbs and joints, shifting rheumatic pains. Colocynthis 6x (Bitter Cucumber, a plant) muscle contractions, cramp-like pain in hips, sciatica. Lycopodium clavatum 12x (Club moss, a plant) relieves sciatica (worse on right side), tearing of the limbs.
