I love the taste of the chewable tablets. One time I used the capsules, and they worked great. These chewables seem to take longer, but I already can feel a difference. I am more relaxed and can enjoy others company. This time, I will continue to take them, and not quit just because I feel better. The object is to keep feeling good!

I saw the vegetarian capsules, but I prefer the non-vegetarian.
