Suggested Use

for headaches: use as needed before attacks occur, and during progressive attacks. Use 1-3 sprays per nostril until headache symptoms reduce. can also be used as needed until headache subsides. for sinus congestion: use as needed with 1-3 sprays per nostril (morning noon and night) for allergies: use as needed to relieve related symptoms it's important (especially with headache and sinus infections) to tilt your head toward the area where you feel the greatest concentration of pressure and pain. gently sniff the formula as far back as possible. To use the pump: shake well, remove cap and safety clip, hold with thumb on bottle bottom and place nozzle between fingers, before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times.
