Suggested Use

1 to 2 tablets, twice daily between meals with 8 ounces of water. Fasting or eating lightly is recommended during the first day or two. During this time it is important to drink plenty of fluids and juices to maintain electrolyte balance and hydration.

Warnings/Cautions

Not for use by women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. If nausea or dizziness occurs, lower the dosage and discontinue use if the symptoms persist for more than 3 days. If you have heart disease, gastric or duodenal ulcers, liver disease or any other medical condition or if you are taking Digoxin, Ciprofloxacin, Warfarin or any prescription drugs, consult your health care professional before using this product.
