Hawthorn Berry when accompanied with Red Yeast Rice and taken twice a day will lower your cholesterol considerably.

No cons whatsoever.

I have been taking this item for many years and have had great cholesterol levels everytime I go in for a check up. Always eat with a snack or at breakfast and at dinner. Just know that you can eat whatever you like as long as you eat in moderation.
