Suggested Use

Bring fresh water to a boil. Pour over a bag of tea and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Drink hot or iced.

Tastes great, served hot or cold. I love to sip on it throughout my day and it makes me feel so relaxed. It's also good to know that I am putting something so healthy in my body. Goodbye caffeine!
