Suggested Use

Adults(12yrs and older): Orally take 6-8 softgels per day in divided dose with food or drink. Children (age 1 year up to and including 11 years): Orally take 4-6 softgels per day in divided dose with food or drink. After 4-6 months a lower maintenance dose of 2-4 softgels may be sufficient.
