Pros I find that Curcumin helps in allergies, hayfever and pollenated weather. Keeps my asthma in tack and without medical attention.

Cons I have not had any cons with this item

Comments I usually take this item in the morning before I leave the house, helping me endure the day of wind, pollen and whatever is in the air.
