Patchouli is a unique essential oil from Inida, where it is known as puchaput. It was a popular fragrance during the 1800's in Europe, and again during the 1960's in the U.S. It has a very rich aroma that is difficult to classify, and is said to grow more aromatic with the passage of time. This essential oil is 100% pure and 100% natural.

Multiple uses, good for skin when used with a carrier oil, very reasonable price, great earthy scent.

Now Foods patchouli essential oil is one of the best out there. I love it's distinct aroma. Interestingly, patchouli oils vary in aroma somewhat due to how they were grown, fermented, and distilled. I always add a few drops to my organic pine mop water, and the whole house has a wonderful, smoky, earthy scent when I'm done cleaning. Add it to a carrier oil, such as jojoba, along with ylang ylang, and everyone will be asking what cologne you are wearing.
