A flavored variety of our most popular sea vegetable, Dulse, that's been gently and carefully smoked with native Maine applewood. Tender and tangy as a snack or ingredient in soups, salads, sandwiches - even scrambled eggs. Dulse is a good source of vegetable protein, iron, potassium, magnesium, iodine, chlorophyll, enzymes, Vitamin A, Vitamin B's, and dietary fiber. While this Dulse is not from a certified organic source, we encourage the harvesters to adhere to the OCIA harvesting and handling standards.
