It features a balanced blend of peptide-bonded and free-form amino acids from whey protein hydrolysate, a naturally occurring high biologic value protein. Pro-Optimizer also supplies complex carbohydrates and pure crystalline fructose to help provide energy to working muscles.

Pro-Optimizer provides important antioxidant vitamins C and E, along with B vitamins, zinc, magnesium, and copper. Just mix with water to make a delicious drink that is low in lactose and fat.

Suggested Use

Recommendations: As a dietary supplement, mix 3 heaping scoops with 8 to 12 ounces of water. For Energy: Take 1 serving 30 to 60 minutes before workout or competition. For Maximum Recovery: Take two to three scoops in 8-12 ounces of water immediately after exercise and two to three scoops in 8-12 ounces of water 1 hour after exercise.
