Great product! Fat-free and an excellent (and versatile) form of vegetable protein.

Can be a little "hard" and requires soaking, depending on the usage.

Stands behind products, peplaced badly damaged container.

Didn't get call back as was stated.

I had a problem with damage in my first shipment of soya granules. I had ordered 12 cans and 5 were punctured. 1 can was almost completely empty of its contents. When I called, I said that I would be happy with the replacement of the one empty one and asked if the other punctured cans were ok since they would be used over the next 6 months or more. I was promised a call back on the shelf life but didn't receive one. I did get the replacement as I had requested.
