Vitamin B-6 is from Pyridoxine HCl. L-Ornithine is from L-ornithine HCl. Creatine Monohydrate if Micronized. Yerba Mate Extract (liex paraguariensis from Leaf contains 8 mg of naturally occurring caffeine. Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) from Leaf contains 620% Polyphenols, 40% Catechins), and < 1% of naturaly occurring caffeine. Guarana Standardized Extract (Paullinia cupana) from Seed contains 11 mg of naturally occurring caffeine. Gymnema Sylvestre Extract (GS4) (25% Gymnenic Acid) (Gymnema sylvestre si from leaf. Rhodiola Extract (Rhodiola rosea) (Root) contains 3% Rosavins. Octacosanol from Spinach is wheat-free.

Other Ingredients

Gelatin (capsule), Rice Flour, Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silica.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 1 to 3 times daily, depending on your training intensity, with water or your favorite beverage. Arginine Stack should be consumed on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after a meal or protein shake.
