Other Ingredients

Rice protein concentrate, rice syrup solids, fructose, natural flavors, olive oil, partially hydrolyzed guar gum, cellulose gum, L-lysine, L-threonine, and rosemary leaf extract.

Suggested Use

Blend, shake, or briskly stir two level scoops (52 grams) into eight fluid ounces of chilled water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare pratitioner.

Warnings/Cautions

Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day.

Pros Great source of protein for those who cannot have soy or whey. Mixes well with water (tastes great) or I often use it with rice, almond or coconut milk.

Cons None.

Comments I am unable to eat eggs so this is a good start for breakfast and has a good amount of protein.

Pros Tastes great with plain water it is like almost a desert. It really fills you up and does a great job at meal replacement. I feel a lot of energy when I use this daily and find it really helped me lose weight.

Cons Not always easy to mix up. Good to use a shaker with it to get it mixed up.
