Suggested Use

Brewing Instructions: Infusion method-Teabags, leaf & flower: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teabag. Allow to steep, covered, for 5-10 minutes. Press & remove teabag. Loose Herbs & Spices: Root, Bark, Berry & Seed: Bring to a boil 1 tsp of herb or spice for each cup of water. Simmer, covered, for 10-20 minutes. Strain.
