Suggested Use

Take Greens Today Original Formula once or twice daily on an emtpy stomach or with a light meal. Pour 8-12 ounces of water, juice, soy, rice, or almond milk into a blender or shaker with cover. Add in one scoop (adults) or one half a scoo (children) of Greens Today powder. Cover blender, shake well, and enjoy. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
