Pros I have been using this product for a year now. I started using it when my A1C was 11.2 and my doctor wanted to put me on perscription medication. After ninty days of using this product and changing my diet my A1C had dropped from 11.2 to 5.79. Ninty days later my doctor checked my A1C again and this time my diet was not as before; but my A1C had dropped to 5.74. This product works great for me, but it did not for my co-worker. So, you have to try it for yourself and see how it works for you.
