Nattokinase is an enzyme isolated from Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soy food. Natto has been consumed safely for thousands of years for its numerous health benefits. More recently, both clinical and non-clinical studies have demonstrated that Nattokinase supports heart health and supports healthy circulation. Each serving of Nattokinase provides 2000 FU (Fibrinolytic Units) to help keep already healthy levels of blood clotting factors within a normal range.
Natto is a food that has been used in Japanese culture for over 1000 years for its numerous
health benefits. Natto is made through a fermentation process by adding Bacillus natto, a
useful bacterium, to boiled soybeans, resulting in the production of the Nattokinase enzyme.
Enzymes are biochemical catalysts, and without them life could not exist. Nattokinase is
a systemic enzyme that can be absorbed from the digestive tract and used by the body.
Nattokinase is so useful that it has been referred to as the “Enzyme of Enzymes.”
In recent years, Nattokinase has been the subject of at least 17 scientific studies. These
clinical and non-clinical studies have demonstrated that Nattokinase supports heart health,
promotes healthy circulation, and helps to keep already healthy levels of blood clotting
factors within a normal range.
