Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules, 1-2 times daily on an empty stomach. Loading dose: 2 capsules, twice daily, for 2-8 weeks, or as recommended by your health care professional

Warnings/Cautions

This product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after food, or 2 hours either before or after other supplements or medications. Do not use if you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding. If you have any blood pressure, blood platelet or blood coagulation disorder and/or are taking any prescription drug for these conditions, consult with your physician before using this product. Since nattokinase is derived from fermented soybeans there is a potential for allergic reaction for those allergic to soybeans.
