Why E-cloth rather than other kinds of stainless steel cleaning?
It’s the easiest, safest way to keep your appliances fingerprint, streak and smear free.
Consumers everywhere love the sleek, modern look of stainless steel appliances but hate that every fingerprint and smear show up. The E-cloth Stainless Steel Pack makes cleaning these surfaces very easy to keep clean – and it is done without using any health-harmful chemicals, as E-cloth cleans with just water.
Stainless steel brings out fingerprints more than any type of finish because of the oil in our skin. E-cloth’s advanced fabrication creates millions of tiny fibers that possess far more “cleaning edges” than normal cloths. They penetrate and remove fingerprints, smudges, grease and bacteria, leaving behind an awe-inspiring, polished finish.
(Not for use on electronic screens and delicate lenses. )
Faster, easier cleaning – having far more cleaning fibers per square inch than common cloths enables E-cloths to remove more grime with each wipe, taking the grind out of cleaning. (For kitchen floors, check out the E-cloth Mop Set. )
Cleaning that saves you money – no paper towels or stainless steel cleaning chemicals to buy. There are years of stainless steel cleaning, as E-cloth performance is guaranteed for 300 machine washings.
Cleaning naturally. Healthier – there are no harmful chemicals or fumes because E-cloth uses fiber function to clean – not a chemical reaction. The cleaned surface E-cloth leaves behind has no chemical residue.
Eco-friendly cleaning – E-cloth eliminates paper towels carbon footprint and landfill waste, along with pollution that chemicals create.
Just add water. E-cloth cleaning is simple, but thorough. It’s also easier and faster than how you’re used to cleaning. Cleaning with E-cloth is simple – just add water and clean away. E-cloth is used dry for dusting, but for other types of cleaning water is the only cleaning companion*. (*Our Screen and Lens and Digital Photo Frame Cleaning Packs use CleanSafe Spray instead of water. ) E-cloth Etiquette? When it comes to applying water we’ve found that there are two apparent types of “E-cloth Enthusiasts:” “The Sprayers” use E-cloth Atomizers to apply water, using dry E-cloths to clean. “The Soakers” wet their E-cloths under the faucet, wring them out, and clean. Often times a dry Glass & Polishing E-cloth is used as the finishing touch. The choice is yours. Scrolling down will show you a handy alphabetical listing of all E-cloth and CleanSafe products with recommendations on how to use them, but first some general advice. A Few E-cloth Tips •Fold the cloth and use as a pad. This ensures good contact of cloth with the surface at all times. •Use the cloth from side to side or top to bottom of the surface to be cleaned, rather than rubbing around the area. This ensures that dirt on the surface is collected rather than smeared. Heavy-Duty Cloths – For cleaning thick grease and dirt. •Wet thoroughly, wring out all excess water, fold and use as a pad. Can rinse cloth as you clean. •For really heavy dirt, use wet before finishing damp. In some circumstances, such as heavy grease and dirty windows, use hot or warm water. •For best results, then finish with a Glass & Polishing Cloth or Finishing Cloth. Lighter-Weight Cloths – For cleaning light grease and dirt from glass and shiny surfaces. •Spray water onto the surface to be cleaned, fold a dry cloth and wipe. •Or use dry after a damp General Purpose / Heavy-Duty Cloths. E-cloth Care & Laundering For most day-to-day use a warm rinse under the faucet is enough to ready your E-cloth for the next cleaning task. Washing Instructions: When E-cloths and E-cloth mop heads become so soiled as to require a thorough cleaning, machine wash in hot water (up to 200°), or boil in a saucepan. There are a few exceptions that should be machine-washed at a lower temperature (Dusting Cloths, Drinkware Drying & Polishing Towel, Dry Mop Head and Sponge Cloth).
