Why E-cloth instead of regular furniture cleaning?
Because it’s tough on dirt but gentle on all your delicate furniture surfaces.
From cleaning furniture in your formal dining room to the casual furniture in rec rooms, E-cloth is well adapted to expertly clean and polish all types of furniture surfaces. Due to the special long, soft fibers that draw and hold dust, pollen, dirt, grease, oil and bacteria, you’ll find it coaxes grime from nooks and crannies that normal cloths don’t reach. Best of all, E-cloth cleans without the use of any chemicals. (Not for use on electronic screens and delicate lenses.)
Cleaning versatility that’s easier –excellent on soft and hard woods, bamboo, steel, glass, chrome, granite, leather, plastic and MDF – throughout the home, and in the office. E-cloth’s fiber function makes cleaning faster and easier. (For hardwood floors, check out the E-cloth Mop Set.)
Cleaning naturally, healthier – there are no harmful chemicals or fumes because E-cloth uses fiber function to clean – not a chemical reaction. The cleaned surface E-cloth leaves behind has no chemical residue.
Cleaning that’s money-saving – never any cleaning chemicals to buy, and there are years of cleaning performance in each E-cloth (performance is guaranteed for 300 machine washings).

Just add water...
E-cloth cleaning is simple, but thorough.
It’s also easier and faster than how you’re used to cleaning.
Cleaning with E-cloth is simple – just add water and clean away. E-cloth is used dry for dusting, but for other types of cleaning water is the only cleaning companion*. (*Our Screen and Lens and Digital Photo Frame Cleaning Packs use CleanSafe Spray instead of water.)
When it comes to applying water we’ve found that there are two apparent types of “E-cloth Enthusiasts:” “The Sprayers” use E-cloth Atomizers to apply water, using dry E-cloths to clean. “The Soakers” wet their E-cloths under the faucet, wring them out, and clean. Often times a dry Glass & Polishing E-cloth is used as the finishing touch. The choice is yours.
A Few E-cloth Tips
•Fold the cloth and use as a pad. This ensures good contact of cloth with the surface at all times.
•Use the cloth from side to side or top to bottom of the surface to be cleaned, rather than rubbing around the area. This ensures that dirt on the surface is collected rather than smeared.
Heavy-Duty Cloths – For cleaning thick grease and dirt.
•Wet thoroughly, wring out all excess water, fold and use as a pad. Can rinse cloth as you clean.
•For really heavy dirt, use wet before finishing damp. In some circumstances, such as heavy grease and dirty windows, use hot or warm water.
•For best results, then finish with a Glass & Polishing Cloth or Finishing Cloth.
Lighter-Weight Cloths – For cleaning light grease and dirt from glass and shiny surfaces.
•Spray water onto the surface to be cleaned, fold a dry cloth and wipe.
•Or use dry after a damp General Purpose / Heavy-Duty Cloths.
E-cloth Care & Laundering
For most day-to-day use a warm rinse under the faucet is enough to ready your E-cloth for the next cleaning task.
Washing Instructions: When E-cloths and E-cloth mop heads become so soiled as to require a thorough cleaning, machine wash in hot water (up to 200°), or boil in a saucepan. There are a few exceptions that should be machine-washed at a lower temperature (Dusting Cloths, Drinkware Drying & Polishing Towel, Dry Mop Head and Sponge Cloth). See their individual product listing that follows.
Use minimal detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble or air dry.
The Furniture Cloth (brown) reaches dirt and dust in hard-to-clean nooks and crevices while also removing heavier dirt deposits. The Glass & Polishing Cloth is for light cleaning and polishing. For best results use these cloths in combination.
Furniture Cloth – use dry for dusting, damp for other cleaning (wet thoroughly, wring out excess water, fold and use as a pad).
Glass & Polishing Cloth – use dry. Use E-cloth Atomizer to spray water on surface, fold cloth and wipe dry.
