Suggested Use

Directions for Loading Phase: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.)(178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water four (4) times daily for five (5) days on an empty stomach. Directions for Maintenance: One (1) heaping teaspoon (5 g) mixed with one (1) cup (6-8 fl. oz.)(178-237 mL) of non-citrus juice or water one-half (1/2) hour before workout, or one (1) serving daily on an empty stomach. For Optimum Results Pre Workout: One (5 g) serving one-half (1/2) hour before workout. Post Workout: One (5 g) serving (one heaping teaspoon) of Iron-Tek™ Essential Glutamine Powder mixed as directed and/or one (1) serving of Iron-Tek™ Essential Protein 100% Pure Whey mixed as directed.
