All good. When I first started taking this I had just been informed by my doctor that I was experiencing bone loss. The drugs that they suggested did not help. So, I took matters into my own hands and did some research. After taking AdvaCal 1000 for a year, I went back into the doctor for another bone density test and they advised me that they are seeing significant bone repair. I believe in it and continue to take it daily.

I have no cons to report.

All I can say is that this vitamin has only done wonders for me and my health. I hope that those of you that decide to take this, have the same results that I am experiencing daily.
