Suggested Use

Twice daily for adults. Do not shake container-measure out 1 oz. herbal tea and add 1-2 oz. purified water preferrably warm. Sip slowly, ideally on an empty stomach at least 1/2 hour before breakfast and 1/2 hour before bedtime.
