Suggested Use

Adults take 2 teaspoonfuls daily, preerably 1 teaspoon twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage.

Warnings/Cautions

This product contains Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult you physician before using this product. Keep this and all medications out of reach of children. Store below 86 o F. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing.
