Maltodextrin Fiber, Psyllium powder (seed husk), Fructooligosaccharides (FOS).
Insoluble Fiber Blend contains:
Acaí powder (fruit), Date Palm powder (fruit), Pomegranate powder (seed), Prune powder (fruit).
Soothing Blend contains:
Marshmallow powder (root) and Slippery Elm powder (bark).
Other Ingredients
Mixed berry flavor, citric acid, strawberry flavor, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, lecithin, stevia and beet juice powder.
Suggested Use
Mix one (1) tablespoon (5.5g) in at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or juice once or twice daily. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Product should be refrigerated after opening.
