Very effective for me for stamina and energy on long bicycle rides, also when dealing with bronchitis.

I imagine many people would not consider this a con but there is a noticeable elevation of sexual energy.

Mycelium (the organism that has mushrooms as its fruit) supplements are relatively new to our culture though mushrooms have been used for thousands of years by cultures all over the world. Being sustainably harvested and lab cultivated provides consistent content.
