Ordered for my significant other who was suffering some confusion, memory loss and occasional 'spells'. We both noticed significant improvement in just a few days. Now after several months Lion's Mane is part of her daily routine.

None observed.

I have been impressed with the effectiveness of several mycelium supplements, with the exception of Astaxanthin and Krill Oil I take no others. Can recommend MycoMedicinals, a brief treatise on medicinal mushrooms by Paul Stamets for further info.
