I learned about this item from a friend and it seems to be helping to keep me fairly regular and after doing my research on probiotics, this particular brand seems to have one of the best formulas. I am very pleased with the performance and quality of this product and have been using it now for almost two years.

I have difficulty swallowing and therefore must open the pill and mix it in something. This is regretful, since the capsule is designed to stay intact until it reaches your intestines where it works the best. I was hoping to be able to purchase in a smaller pill for easy swallowing and just take more, but cannot find it that way.

I have a disability requiring the use of a wheelchair and my mobility is quite limited, which leads to digestive problems and this product has been very helpful.
