Citicoline [stabilized CDP Choline (cytidine 5’diphosphocholine)] is a naturally occurring intermediate involved in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, a major constituent of the grey matter of brain tissue (30%).*

Citicoline consumption promotes brain metabolism by enhancing the synthesis of acetyl-choline, restoring phospholipid content in the brain and affecting neuronal membrane excitability and osmolarity.*

I take it four times a week and find it certainly energizes my brain. I felt the effects that very first day! My memory is much better and I can focuse clearly.

I found that I couldn't take it every day.
