The ingredients contained in the vitamins are excellent.

Unfortunately, I had to stop taking these after one week. The pills were just too large. When I cut them in half, they were still sticking in my throat. I have never had this problem before with other pills.

Perfect amounts of all ingredients including 100% biotin and extra potency of B12. Includes fruit and vegetable blends. I don't eat right all of the time so this fills in some nutritional gaps. Doesn't have added herbs that I don't want or can't take. Doesn't have soy isaflavanones which I am not alowed to take so that is a big plus. It is difficult sometimes to find women's vitamins for over 50 with the potencies, ingredients and no soy isaflavanones, so I was very pleased when I found this. Reasonably priced on webvitamins.com. The fact that is a one daily tablet is great. They are a little large but I have no difficulty swallowing them.

The only con I have is that I wish it also had choline and inositol. The Nature's Way ultra potency womens 50+ has this but it also has ingredients that I can't take, or potencies that I don't need.

I found this vitamin elsewhere, but it was priced to high and I couldn't afford it. Webvitamins allowed me to purchase this vitamin at a price I could afford. I felt so much better after taking this that I recommeneded it to a friend who now also takes it, and she says it has helped her to feel much more energetic (she works 2 jobs). Her doctor also felt this was an excellant formula .

This mulitvitamin is by far the best I have ever tried. I am over 50 and I have never felt better nor as energized on any other supplement. Highly recommend!

The pill size is somewhat large, however, the pros far outweigh the con.
