Suggested Use

Mix 1 level scoop (30 g) daily into 8 oz. of cold water, milk, or your favorite juice. Also consider adding NOW® Flax Seed Oil for enhanced nutritional benefit.

Warnings/Cautions

This Eggwhite Powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Therefore, biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.
