Atomidine is a safe and natural antiseptic.

Iodine is an essential nutrient to the thyroid gland and the entire glandular system. The thyroid is responsible for production of hormones which regulate the metabolic rate of cells. Iodine (from iodine trichloride), 1% Aqueous Solution.

Suggested Use

Apply as needed, full strength or diluted, to cuts, surface infections, and toothaches. Mouthwash: 15-20 drops in 1/3 glass water twice daily. Gargle for sore throat: Repeat as above every four hours. Ask your doctor for other uses.

Warnings/Cautions

In general, bandaging should be discouraged after iodine applications to avoid tissue irritation. Iodine solutions stain skin, may be irritating to tissue and may cause sensitization in some people.
