Smooth Move Chamomile. For gentle overnight relief from occasional constipation (irregularity).*Senna leaf is the move in Smooth Move and works by direct action on the intestine, which is why it's called a stimulant laxative.* The pharmacopoeial grade senna leaf in Smooth Move contains an effective dose of sennosides--the component of the herb that ensures the laxative effect.Chamomile, fennel and peppermint are traditionally combined with senna to ease discomfort and reduce the potential for unpleasant feelings, such as cramping.*The taste is pleasantly aromatic and bittersweet.

Warnings/Cautions

Warnings: Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative.
