Low dose is great for children. It dissolves quickly under the tongue with no flavor.

The tablets will crumble if the bottle is shaken too much, so I keep the cotton in the bottle to avoid this.

I give this to my ADHD son (9 yrs old) who has trouble falling asleep. He does not like to swallow pills, so it's great that it dissolves under the tongue. It has no flavor which is hard to find. Most sub-linguals are flavored. And most important, it works! Getting a good nights sleep is so important for him to do well in school. And I like that it comes in a low dose which is better for children.
