Bromelain is a protein digestion enzyme extracted from pineapple sap and stem. Bromelain is classified as a proteolytic enzyme because of its ability to digest proteins. Bromelain affects protein turnover in the body, including proteins found in joint tissue.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), crosscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose and silicon dioxide. Each tablet provides 1,000 GDU (Gelatin Digesting Units).

Suggested Use
