Has the higher amounts of BPA and DHA (recommended by Dr. Oz) and vitamin D. I've experienced no after taste. Capsules are easy to swallow. By far the best omega 3 supplement I've ever used and the vitamin D is a great bonus. Helps keeps my cholesterol numbers where they need to be.
