Curcumin 95™ is an 18:1 concentrate of the antioxidants found in the spice turmeric root. Curcumin 95™ contains 95% curcuminoids (including curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin), which are antioxidants. Specifically, curcumin and its derivatives protect DNA against oxidative damage induced by reactive oxygen species.

Other Ingredients

Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Capsule consists of gelatin.

Suggested Use

Pros These were recommended in a medical journal magazine as being a top food/herb in fighting cancer (as the Jarrow brand was also specified). I pop open a capsule and add the contents to food, such as organic white cheddar mac & cheese. Tumeric is used to give foods color in a natural way anyway, so why not mix a whole supplement in with it.
