Suggested Use

Adult Female Dose: Take two capsules two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least two to three hours before or after antibiotics or other medications.

Warnings/Cautions

If you have an immune compromised condition or if you are pregnant, currently have or previously had breast cancer and/or breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram and/or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer, do not use. If you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation do not use, as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding. If you are breastfeeding, you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer, hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer endometriosis, and/or uterine fibroids, diabetes, a liver disorder, or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice); if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including thyroid hormone replacement therapy or medication for diabetes, high blood pressure or seizures; or if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort and/or tenderness, if you experience a recurrence of menstruation and/or uterine spotting; or if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond three days, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner. Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use.
