Jarrow FORMULAS® Glucosamine HCI is completely vegetarian and made in the USA by microbiological fermentation.
Glucosamine is an aminosaccharide synthesized from glucose and the amino acid L-glutamine. HCl (hydrochloric acid) stabilizes the glucosamine in this product. Glucosamine is a component of joint and intestinal tissue and is involved in the production of synovial fluid, which lubricates the joints. Glucosamine is converted to N-acetyl-glucosamine in the intestines by the goblet cells. Glucosamine HCl is SALT FREE.
Color of tablet naturally varies from white to tan.

Jarrow Formulas’ GLUCOSAMINE HCl has the highest amount of elemental glucosamine of all glucosamine forms and thus is the most cost effective.
Other Ingredients
Cellulose, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use
Take 1 or 2 tablets per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Easy-Solv® tablets disintegrate within several minutes of ingestion.
Does Not Contain
No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.
Contains NO shrimp shell glucosamine.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if allergic to shellfish.
