Pros Excellent product that I have used for many years. It promotes deep, restful sleep by supplying the body with the sleep hormone melatonin. The human body makes melatonin naturally, but sometimes makes less than we need to sleep well as we get older. Melatonin is not habit-forming.

Pros This product really helps me sleep. The small, white capsules are easy to swallow and work in 30 minutes, giving me a natural-feeling deep sleep. I can wake easily during the night if I need to, and there is no sleepy feeling in the morning. I wake alert and refreshed.

Comments Melatonin is a natural sleep hormone produced by the human body. Sometimes levels of it fall as we get older, so taking a supplement is an easy, natural way of getting the rest we need so our bodies can repair themselves.
