Suggested Use

For enhanced mental performance take a serving of 1-2 capsules in the morning or early afternoon, preferably with a light meal. Depending on body size and tolerance you may increase this to a maximum serving of 3 capsules. For enhanced dream state you may take a serving of 1-2 capsules 4-6 hours prior to sleep, preferably with a light meal. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period unless otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.
