Suggested Use
As a daily bone and joint supplement, take a serving of 3 tablets early in the day, preferably with a light meal. Stron Bone & Joint will provide best effects when taken in conjunction with RDA levesl of calcium, however for optimal results do not take calcium supplements within 4 hours of taking Stron Bone as the calcium will compete with the strontium for absorption.
