Orange Peel (Citrus reticulata), Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata) Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis), Papaya Leaf (carica papaya) Eleuthero Root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), Cinnamon Bark, Chrysanthemum flower , Japanese Honeysuckle Leaf (Lonicera japonica).

Suggested Use

Pour two cups (12 ounce) of boiling water over one tea bag, steep for 2 minutes. Do not over steep. Press the bag lightly and remove. Drink one cup (6 oz) hot or cold, after the evening meal. Save the second cup for the next day, after the evening meal. Three to four days later you may gradually increase tea flavor by steeping one tea bag with one cup (6 ounces) of boiling water. Enjoy one cup of tea after the evening meal. It is important not to have more than one cup in a 24 hour period. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.
