Product Description:

MyoCalm P.M. provides the same specialized formula as MyoCalm® with the addition of lemon balm and hops—herbs traditionally used to promote relaxation and restful sleep.

Contains calcium and magnesium which promote muscle relaxation, thereby reducing the likelihood of painful spasms or cramps in muscles throughout the body, including the low back and calves.

May help relieve minor pain associated with muscle tension, which can be caused by stress or physical overexertion.

Promotes a feeling of calm, and can be taken at bedtime for occasional sleeplessness.

I have been taking MyoCalm P.M. for over 12 years and love the product! It really helps me sleep mostly through the night and I wake up refreshed! I have tried other products and nothing works like MyoCalm P.M.
