Pros Generally speaking, this is an effective OTC sleep aid. It works fast, and usually one sleeps through the night. A big plus is no next morning or daytime drowsiness, which can occur with prescription sleeping pills.

Cons There are nights, however, when its effectiveness seems diminished, and these occasions aren't predictable. Taking more than one dose doesn't necessarily increase the likelihood of sleep, either.

Comments I've used this particular sleep aid for over 5 years, and I keep re-ordering it because it works for me. It's worth the price of the product to try it, it may also work for you.
