Ease of use..you just take one pill at meal time (3xs a day). This product definitely works. It lowered my cravings for sweets and carbs. With a balanced eating plan and taking the pills, I lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks.

Normally, after eating and if I burp I can taste the sunflower oil...this is minor though and does not warrant discontinued use of the product.
