Water Violet (Hottonia palustris) is a flower essence for individuals that are inclined to being proud, aloof, and private, appear to be condescending and cold, and keep their troubles to themselves.This Essence helps those who are private and sedate, they are mostly knowledgeable, calm and capable. The are often lonely, because they keep a distance from others and seem un-reachable.

Suggested Use

Dilute two drops of Water Violet in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as neccessary. For multiple use: add two drops of Water Violet to a 30ml mixing bottle (you may combine up to seven essences in this bottle), top up with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day. If neccessary: the Bach Flower essences can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists.
