Suggested Use

Adults and children over 15 years of age: Take one capsule at bedtime, or when needed, with a full 8-ounce glass of water, juice or other liquid. Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours. Children under 15 years of age: Consult a doctor.

Warnings/Cautions

NOTICE: This product contains Aloe Vera. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Aloe Vera may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea of if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication of have a medical condition. CAUTION: Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persist over 2 weeks. Rectal bleeding or failure move bowels after use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use laxatives when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or for more than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to move bowels after laxative use may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. Keep this and all drugs out of children's reach. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
